We deliver sofas across the United Kingdom, with most orders arriving within 7–21 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product size. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and our delivery partners may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled. In order to qualify for a full refund of the value of the item, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents, in a sellable condition.
Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us and inspected by our staff to ensure it is in saleable condition.
If you feel the item you have purchased from us is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to ensure all issues are rectified.
