Sofa Scene Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Coverage & Availability: We deliver across England and Wales. Standard delivery is available for addresses within 150 miles of Birmingham. For locations more than 150 miles away, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and applicable charges.

Delivery Times & Process: Most orders arrive within 7–21 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Delivery costs and availability are calculated based on your location and order requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you feel the item is not as described, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item has not been assembled, remains in a sellable condition, and is returned in its original packaging with all contents. Refunds are issued only after the item is returned and inspected by our staff.
