Yes – we offer free delivery within 100 miles of Birmingham.
Can I pick the fabric and color?
Yes! Many of our sofas come in different fabrics and colors. Just click on the options listed on the product page.
How do I choose the right sofa size for my space?
Measure your room and check the size guide on each product page. We also recommend using masking tape on the floor to mark out the sofa's footprint.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your sofa, select the options you like, and click "Add to Cart." Checkout is quick and secure. If need any help you can also contact us on WhatsApp.
What if I live 100–150 miles from Birmingham?
Delivery to areas 100–150 miles from Birmingham includes a small fee of £29.
What if I’m over 150 miles away?
If you’re more than 150 miles from Birmingham, please message us first to check availability and delivery options.
Do you deliver outside of England and Wales?
No – at the moment, we only deliver to England and Wales.
Do you offer assembly or setup?
Not as standard, but feel free to ask! Some couriers may offer this for an additional fee depending on your location.

FAQ's – After You Order
How will I know when my sofa is arriving?
We’ll give you a few days' notice by phone, so please provide a valid contact number when you place your order.
Where will my sofa be delivered?
Our couriers are insured to deliver to your doorstep only. On request, they may place the sofa in a ground floor room of your choice.
What if something gets damaged during delivery?
Please note, we are not liable for any property or furniture damage during delivery inside your home. Make sure access is clear before the team arrives.
How do I take care of my sofa?
We include simple care tips with every order. Most can be cleaned with a damp cloth or a fabric-safe cleaner.
Can I exchange a product after it arrives?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order.
