Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from SofaScene.co.uk.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want
  2. Contact us about returning the original (if eligible)
  3. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

If you don’t see your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

Invalid Reasons for Return

We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
